Our Client is a leading player in the Asset Finance industry, and they are looking to strengthen their New Business department by recruiting an additional Sales Support Coordinator, initially on a 6 month FTC. The company ensures that approved proposals are meticulously documented and processed within agreed deadlines. The Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring contracts and documentation meet the company’s stringent standards and policies. This position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, even under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collate new business documentation for vendor/dealer/broker partners.
– Liaise with vendors/dealers/brokers to ensure documentation accuracy and resolve issues.
– Confirm equipment delivery and acceptance with end users where applicable.
– Load variable rate deals with specific cashflows in Alfa before payout.
– Ensure deals align with credit acceptance terms and vendor agreements.
– Accurately load and enrich deals on the lease administration system.
– Coordinate with the finance department on deal pricing and fund booking.
– Second-check deals over £75k prepared by other coordinators.
– Verify deal information in ALFA and prepare agreements for supplier invoice payment.
– Authorise supplier invoices for payout in ALFA within monetary authorities.
– Reconcile agreements before passing to Finance for payment extraction.
– Produce and collate Welcome Letters for Business Services.
– Manage ancillary documentation and ensure adherence to the company’s policies.
– Facilitate communication between the office, vendor partners, sales staff, dealers, and end users.
– Produce deal pricing for various teams using KPMG Classic pricing system.
– Prepare sales performance reports
– Assist with Engage enquiries and suggest service improvements.
Skills and Qualities:
– You will be immediately available and understand that this role would be offered on a 6 month FTC.
– Highly numerate with practical problem-solving abilities.
– Strong customer care, written, and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
– Proactive, conscientious, and open to suggestions.
