Your Daily Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with regional and local sales teams to align business development efforts.
– Conduct market analysis to identify vendor needs and shape new business initiatives.
– Support strategic focus areas such as Food Transition and sustainable finance.
– Monitor pipeline performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
– Identify and engage new vendor prospects, focusing on agricultural machinery vendors and food sector opportunities.
– Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing programme accounts.
– Champion initiatives that streamline business processes and improve partner and customer experience.
– Manage vendor performance to achieve or exceed contribution targets.
– Collaborate with partners to design and implement finance offers and subsidies.
– Increase external system usage and proposal generation across key dealer-introduced programmes.
– Drive growth across all programmes by identifying new opportunities and expanding product offerings.
– Align business development efforts with digital transformation, sustainability, and servitization strategies.
– Actively participate in team meetings, sharing best practices and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

– Proven experience (3+ years) in managing multiple key accounts or programmes within asset finance, ideally in the hard asset sector.
– Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
– Skilled in contract negotiation and managing complex terms and conditions.
– Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
– Experience working remotely and willingness to travel as required.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
