Key responsibilities:
– Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key introducers and customers through regular calls, ensuring a steady flow of business and achieving required sales volumes.
– Business Development: Position the company’s unique selling propositions and added value products, driving sales activity and delivering exceptional customer service.
– Credit Assessment & Risk Management: Qualify deals, assess clients’ creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
– Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Structure deals that meet the needs of both clients and the company, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
– Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Lead regular business reviews with partners, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and implement process improvements.
Skills and experience required:
– Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Asset Finance and leasing, including market trends and regulations.
– Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to assess risks and identify opportunities.
– Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales and business development within the Asset Finance and Leasing industry.
