Internal Broker Manager – Asset Finance

Salary £40,000 – £45,000 plus Bonus and Benefits

James George Recruitment are working with a prestigious client based in London that is now looking to hire an Internal Sales/Account Manager to their Business Finance team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of Broker accounts as well as some Vendors.

Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: 

• Manage a portfolio of accounts
• Keep regular communication with the accounts
• Build new relationships with introducers
• Provide a quick and efficient service to ensure future dealings
• Assist the senior Sales team members by brainstorming new strategy ideas
• Ensure the Sales proposals are correctly investigated and processed from proposal through to payment
• Adhere to the company’s policy and make sure to comply with all legislation and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of B2B experience, ideally dealing with Brokers in the asset finance industry
• This is a great next step for someone who has perhaps worked in a Sales Support role but is ideally looking to progress into more of a Sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numeracy
