Purchase Ledger Clerk

James George Recruitment have partnered exclusively with a highly successful Business that have instructed us to find a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with all other Group departments/depots as required to facilitate the above
- Posting all supplier invoices to the accounting system promptly upon receipt ensuring correct allocation to Purchase Order and Goods Received Notes as well as scanning to the Document Management System
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries
- Seek all necessary approvals and authorisation to pass invoices for prompt payment
- Ensure all cash entries are accurately posted and correctly allocated
- Ensure all filed documents are done so accurately and in a timely manner
Key requirements:
- Circa 1 years’ experience is preferred
- Sage accounting software (preferably line 1000)

- Office-based role
- Permanent full time role
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Start date 1st August 2022 (preferred)
