With a genuine appetite to lend and a flexible approach to funding, they are expanding their broker-facing sales team and are now looking to appoint a Broker Manager covering Manchester and the North West of England. They are particularly keen to speak with candidates who want to progress with their careers – you may for example be an Internal Broker Manager currently or in Direct Sales at a Funder but would prefer your route to market to be via Brokers.</p>



<p>This is a pure sales role, focused on developing and growing introducer relationships. <p>Working closely with Finance, Investment, Risk, Legal and Technology teams, the role combines hands-on loan servicing oversight, cash and reconciliation management, and continuous improvement of controls and processes.</p>

<p>We are recruiting for a leading Asset Finance House in their search for 2 additional Credit Underwriters. One of the roles involve analysing a high volume of lower value deals (£100k-£250k). The other vacancy is within their Middle ticket underwriting team, where the deals will be £250k to £5 Million in size. &nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities for both roles will involve:</strong></p>

<li>Analyse credit data and financial statements to assess risk in extending credit</li>



<li>Interpret and evaluate internal and external credit reference agency, broker, and market reports to determine risk levels.</li>



<li>Conduct due diligence meetings with internal and external credit associations and business/customer representatives.</li>



<li>Generate and evaluate financial ratios using internal credit tools to assess customers&#8217; financial status.</li>



<li>Prepare risk reports with clear, concise, and rational recommendations for credit decisions.</li>



<li>Exercise personal sanctioning authority with diligence and prepare recommendations for transactions outside personal sanctioning authority.</li>

<li>Ensure all transactions meet appropriate credit sanctions and limits, and that all documentation is properly executed.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of credit experience, ideally with a background in analysing and interpreting financial statements/data from various industries.</li>



<li>Excellent analytical skills with a strong sense of commerciality and business focus.</li>



<li>Good knowledge of the asset finance industry and various product offerings and funding facilities.</li>



<li>Clear and efficient communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with peers and senior management.</li>

They provide innovative funding solutions for the UK SME market through Business Loans, Asset Finance, and Invoice Finance. During this period of exciting growth, they are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Marketing Executive to help build their brand, engage their audience, and drive business growth.</p>



<p>As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing strategic marketing campaigns, particularly through their Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will also take ownership of their website, ensuring it reflects their brand and is optimized for SEO. Your fresh ideas and innovative approach will help us strengthen their market presence and attract new business.</p>



<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns via Microsoft Dynamics CRM.</li>

<p><strong>Your background:</strong></p>

<li>Proven experience in marketing, preferably within Financial Services or a B2B sector.</li>



<li><a>Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).</a></li>



<li>Experience in website management and SEO best practices.</li>

<p>James George Recruitment has partnered with a Tier 1 Asset Finance House that is looking to add an additional Sales person to their team in Northern England.</p>



<p>Our Client has already won and established successful programmes with some very high profile clients. Whilst you will inherit some Vendor relationships, it’s still important that you have the hunger and drive to hunt for new Reseller contacts too. This is a client development and sales focused role that will be exciting and challenging where your success is within your own control.</p>



<p><strong>Key Responsibilities will include:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Develop existing reseller, distributor, and manufacturer partnerships.</li>



<li>“Warm” call non-productive prospects to increase market penetration.</li>



<li>Meet potential partners to identify their requirements.</li>



<li>Identify potential partners and the decision makers within introducers.</li>



<li>Research and build relationships with new/dormant partners and sales prospects.</li>



<li>Set up meetings between decision makers.&nbsp;</li>



<li>Plan approaches and pitches by working with Management team to develop presentations and proposals that meet the partner’s needs, concerns, and objectives.</li>



<li>Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.</li>



<li>Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.</li>



<li>Achieve set targets and this will be predominantly achieved by bringing on new business.</li>



<li>Motivate and work with a dedicated Internal Account Manager</li>



<li>Analyse dealer performance and increase dealer turnover</li>



<li>Research and canvas for new dealers.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Key skills required:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in a leasing sales role, ideally offering finance for Soft assets.</li>



<li>Strong level of negotiating and solution selling skills</li>



<li>Ability to plan and prioritise time to ensure commitments are met in agreed timescales.</li>



<li>Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
